Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance

Jamie has more than 15 years of demonstrated success in cybersecurity, information risk management, systems analysis, and business continuity. He has managed people and projects, worked in public and private-sector environments and holds a commission in the U.S. Air Force Reserve.

Jamie led XENSHA's adoption of a cooperative plan in 2015 with the mission of creating sustainable jobs while promoting worker ownership.  Two years later, he helped the cooperative become a Certified B Corporation®, formalizing its commitment to having positive impacts on communities, the environment, and society as a whole.  XENSHA formed Co-Local™ in 2017 to pursue this expanded mission.

Passionate about cooperation and the potential of workplace democracy to improve community life, Jamie has a natural affinity for administrative tasks and represents XENSHA in the U.S. Federation of Worker Cooperatives.  He is always looking for opportunities to advance the causes of social enterprise and worker ownership through writing, presentations, participation in panel discussions, and other venues.
